USA Student Network provides administrative document preparation and support services related to student account documentation.

This policy explains when refunds may be issued.

Service Fees

Payments made to USA Student Network cover administrative services which may include:

• account review and consultation

• document preparation assistance

• submission guidance and administrative support

Fees are for the preparation and processing services only.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be approved in the following situations:

• a payment was submitted in error

• the service was canceled before work began

• USA Student Network is unable to start the requested service

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment date.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued if:

• document preparation work has already begun

• requested services have been completed

• prepared documentation has been delivered to the customer

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
