1. Company Information; Scope
This website and the services offered through it are operated by USA Student Network LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms apply to the Company’s website and any content, tools, forms, and services made available through it (collectively, the “Website”), including any related pages or subdomains.
“User” or “you” refers to any visitor, viewer, customer, or person using the Website or any Company service.
2. Services Offered; No Government Affiliation
Company provides administrative document preparation and support services related to student account documentation (the “Services”). Services may include intake, document organization, preparation support, completion assistance for customer-directed submissions, and general administrative support.
No Government Affiliation. Company is a private business and is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Education or any federal loan servicer. Official federal applications may be completed directly through official resources, including studentaid.gov, at no cost.
No Financial Outcomes; No Legal or Tax Advice. Company does not provide lending, credit services, debt settlement, debt negotiation, debt consolidation services, legal advice, or tax advice. Company does not guarantee eligibility, approval, specific outcomes, payment changes, or timelines.
3. Eligibility; United States Only
Website intended for individuals 18 years or older located in the United States. Access from other jurisdictions occurs at your own initiative and risk; compliance with local law remains your responsibility.
4. User Responsibilities; Acceptable Use
Use of the Website must remain lawful. Prohibited conduct includes:
violating any applicable law or regulation
submitting false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent information
infringing intellectual property or privacy rights
harassment, threats, hate speech, obscene content, or abusive conduct
attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
introducing malware, bots, scraping tools, or automated query programs without written permission

Company may suspend or terminate access to the Website or Services at any time in its discretion.

Company may use third-party payment processors. Company does not store full payment card numbers on its servers.
7. Refunds; Cancellations
Refund eligibility, if offered, is governed by the Refund Policy posted on the Website or provided at checkout.
If the Website displays a “service satisfaction” or “service completion” guarantee, it applies only to the administrative service performed and does not guarantee external outcomes (including approvals).
Cancellation requests must be submitted using the contact details in Section 17.

Any timelines referenced on the Website are estimates only. Processing times may vary based on documentation needs, customer responsiveness, and third-party processing times outside Company control.
9. Communications; Consent
By providing contact information, you agree Company may contact you regarding Services, including by email, phone call, or text message, consistent with the Privacy Policy and any consent language presented at the time of submission. Standard messaging rates may apply. Consent is not required to obtain general information.
10. Third-Party Links
Website may contain links to third-party websites. Company does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Website and Services provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/error-free operation. Some jurisdictions limit warranty disclaimers; rights may vary.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business interruption, arising from or related to the Website or Services, even if advised of possibility of such damages.
Total liability for any claim related to Services will not exceed amounts paid to Company for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (i) your misuse of the Website, (ii) your breach of this Agreement, or (iii) your violation of any third-party rights.
14. Changes to Terms
Company may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and revising the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
16. Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
A. Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Website, or Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law.
Arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider and conducted in Gwinnett County, Georgia, in English, unless the parties agree otherwise. Arbitrator may award any relief available in court on an individual basis.
B. No Class Actions
You agree disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity. Class actions, private attorney general actions, consolidated actions, or representative proceedings are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.
C. Injunctive Relief
Company may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or prevent unauthorized access or misuse of systems.

18. Entire Agreement; Severability
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Company regarding the Website and Services. If any provision is held unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
19. Cancellation Notice
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@usastudentnetwork.com or by mail to the address listed in Section 17. Requests will be processed consistent with the Refund Policy and any service terms provided at checkout.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE, INCLUDING THE ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SITE.

ARBITRATION NOTICE: EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES DESCRIBED IN THE “ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER” SECTION BELOW, YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND COMPANY WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, REPRESENTATIVE, OR COLLECTIVE ACTION.

SUBMISSIONS
Information submitted through the Site may be used to provide requested Services, respond to inquiries, improve service quality, and prevent fraud, subject to the Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information unrelated to the Services.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
Site may link to third-party websites. Company does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Use of third-party sites occurs at your own risk.
POTENTIAL SERVICE DISRUPTIONS

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM SITE USE OR SERVICES. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from misuse of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Agreement to Arbitrate. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Site, these Terms, or Services (“Dispute”) shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.
Arbitration Provider; Rules. Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, unless the parties agree otherwise.
Location. Arbitration will occur in Gwinnett County, Georgia, unless applicable law requires a different location.
Class Action Waiver. Disputes must be brought only in an individual capacity. Class, representative, collective, or private attorney general actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
Small Claims Exception. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible, provided the claim remains individual.
Injunctive Relief. Company may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or prevent unauthorized access.
GOVERNING LAW
Except where federal law applies, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
